Seat saving is not permitted. The festival reserves the right to refuse service and maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment of guests and staff. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be banned from all future Urbanworld events. No refunds will be issued.

Pass and ticket holders must be in line no less than (15) minutes before scheduled screening time to be guaranteed a seat. We reserve the right to release your seat without refund after this time. Any late seating is at the discretion of management.


For films whose advance tickets are no longer available, additional seats may be released. These tickets will be available via the standby line at the venue, no sooner than (10) minutes prior to screening; on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limit (1) per person.

Box Office

Venue box office will open (1) hour prior to the first screening of the day. No ticket sales (30) minutes after the start of the last screening.
