We are proud to foster a welcoming and safe environment. The festival reserves the right to refuse service and maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment of guests, audiences, partners, volunteers and staff. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be banned from all future Urbanworld events. No refunds will be issued.
COVID-19 Policy
Please note that Urbanworld adheres to the COVID policies (if any) of each venue. While there is currently no mask or vaccine requirement, policies are subject to change and attendees should check our website for updates prior to attending screenings or events. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home.
Ticketing
All Access Pass: $395General Admission: $25*Not including fees. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
Pass and ticket holders must be in line no less than (15) minutes before scheduled screening time to be guaranteed a seat. We reserve the right to release your seat without refund after this time. Any late seating is at the discretion of management. Seat saving is not permitted.
Standby
For films whose advance tickets are no longer available, additional seats may be released. These tickets will be available via the standby line at the venue, no sooner than (10) minutes prior to screening; on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limit (1) per person.
Box Office
Venue box office will open (1) hour prior to the first screening of the day. No ticket sales (30) minutes after the start of the last screening.
